Since electricity flows through electrical wires, electricity can flow when you connect the wires. Water flows through pipes and the work of God flows from heart to heart. Just like how electricity from the power plant reaches our house through wires, all we have to do is to connect our heart to God for the power of God to work through us. Then, God can work in our heart. It is important for the “wire” of our heart to be connected with God. We throw away our thoughts, the wisdom we received from the knowledge of good and evil, and my assertions. Then, we connect our heart of the word of God. Then the Holy Spirit works in my heart. Then all the problems I face no longer are mine but there are God’s. When we hear and accept the word of God, we begin to have the same heart as God’s heart. Having the same heart is called faith.
